"As the VP-Tax for a Fortune 500 company, I was approached by Scott, who suggested his service of reviewing IRS transcripts for errors in the calculation of interest, and in the event there were unfavorable errors, to then file the appropriate claims to obtain a refund. Because this was on a contingent fee basis, there was no downside risk to the company. A material error was found and a refund claim was filed and all I had to do along the way was sign a few forms. Scott and [IPRG] handled everything, and did it remotely. It was easy money, and money that we would never have been aware of if not for Scott. Furthermore, because of on-going audit activity and the IRS freezing a number of years prior to the audit periods, it took over four years to receive the refund (and not until we received the refund did Scott earn his fee). During this time, he maintained regular communication and exhibited quite a bit of patience. Overall, we are very pleased and have plans to use him again for some recent, big dollar and multi-year, IRS activity.”
